getting into the picture.
steve - how would you feel about making a/some video clip(s) for a/some of the new song(s)? not as in things to project as we play live (though they could theoretically be used for that) but as in things that we try to get played on tv.

Yeah I'm keen to do some video - keen like mustard. What are your thoughts on where I start? Would you like me to work with the new album or would you rather videos for your previous work?
Is there work of mine that you think works particularly well with the telafonica sound? I ask only to get an idea of style - or I can just get stuck into it and see what comes up...
i haven't really thought that much about it. i guess 'this is the new thing' might be a good starting point, but there's others that could work as well. i need to get you a copy of all the new things.
in terms of aesthetics, i imagine it's more what we don't want - i.e. performance videos etc etc. something quirky, simple, utilises it's limitations (i.e. no budget) and is eye catching and holding for the duration. avoid cliches is probably the key, but that shouldn't be an issue - i'm the one most beholden to cliches amongst us!
ok- while i'm thinking for 'this is the new thing' are you able to get the others to me? Is mailing it ok - my new address is 1 Baker st Springwood. otherwise i can pick it up from yours, whatever you'd rather. thanks!

not especially. if that's what you've got that's fine, but i can use wav just as easily.
or were you thinking of emailing me mp3?
i'll send you a cd - i just thought if you wanted them straight away to play around with, i could email mp3s. most things are pretty much finished, though some tracks still need work. but i'll send you what we have so far (which will also be good for letting you know what the new stuff actually is in order to play it live).
